The consulting project is part of a multi-component human capacity development pro-gram within the scope of the BMZ-financed “Macroeconomic Reforms Program“ in Vietnam. The qualification program consists of various capacity building measures on green economy targeting specialised staff and managers of selected Vietnamese ministries and other governmental institutions. Focused towards specific target groups, three different course formats are offered - a Young Fellows- basic course, a special course and a high level course -, contributing to establish a common understanding of green growth in Vietnamese key institutions and fostering the nation-wide and inter-sectoral implementation of the Vietnamese Green Growth Strategy (VGGS).

Main Services:

  • Conception (blended-learning approach), organization and realization of the different course formats in Germany - Young Fellows- basic course (incl. e-learning sessions), special course and high level course
  • Preparatory and wrap-up workshops in Vietnam
  • Monitoring and evaluation of the capacity building measures according to the Capacity WORKS-success indicators
  • Advisory services on Green Economy (e.g. elaboration of concept papers, commenting on studies and policy papers)
